Soak your tuwo rice overnight, then drain and transfer the rice into a blender. Add 1 ½ tablespoon of yeast, add one cup of cooked rice, half cup of powdered milk, 1 small onion, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, ½ cup of sugar, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Now, add 1 ½ cup of water and then blend together to a smooth mixture (0:53). Next, transfer to a bowl cover, keep in a warm area and allow to proof for about 30-35 minutes
To make your stuffing add some vegetable oil to a pan add some onion, then season with some garlic and ginger powder, some chicken seasoning, and some parsley flakes. Now, add some cubed beef and allow to fry and then set aside
After about 40 minutes go back to your mixture and stir together so that it can have a smooth consistency
Then place the masa pan on medium heat, add a little vegetable oil to the pan and then add the masa batter to the pan (2:10). Now, add your stuffing to the frying masa while it is still raw at the top (2:19) and push it in with a skewer or add little batter over it to cover the stuffing (2:23). After a few minutes, flip it around to let the other side cook for a few minutes and then scoop it out.
